COAST GUARD OF THE BORDER POLICE REVELEAD THE FACT OF VIOLATION OF THE RULES OF NAVIGATION

The employees of the Coast Guard Department of MIA Border Police, detained the vessel “CAMINERO” under the flag of Panama, for the violation of the rules of the navigation in the Georgian Territorial Waters.

The employees of MIA Border Police on the area of the responsibility of the Border Sector “Sarphi” of Batumi Division detained 3 persons of the foreign countries (A.T. Born in 1973; N.R. Born in 1976 and M.L. Born in 1992) for the fact of the attempt of illegal group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

The employees of the Border Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, on the area of the responsibility of the Border Sectors: “Kirnati”, “Sarphi” and “Vale” detained 2 citizens of the foreign countries (Sh.O. Born in 1985 and C.A. Born in 1993) and also 1 citizen of Georgia (B.J. Born in 1988) for the fact illegal crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

BORDER POLICE DETAINED 2 PERSONS FOR THE FACT OF THE ATTEMPT OF ILLEGAL GROUP CROSSING OF THE STATE BORDER

The employees of MIA Border Police, on the area of the responsibility of the Border Sector “Gorgadzeti” of Batumi Division detained 2 citizens of foreign countries (N.A. Born in 1991) and (P. E. Born in 1970) for the fact of the attempt of illegal, group crossing of the State Border.

BORDER POLICE DETAINED 1 PERSON FOR THE FACT OF ILLEGAL CROSSING OF THE STATE BORDER

The employees of the Border Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with the employees of the State Security Service, as a result of joint operative – investigative actions, on the area of the responsibility of the Border Sector “Sadakhlo” of the Division of “Tsiteli Khidi” detained the citizen of foreign country (A.G. Born in 1992) according the article 344, Part I of the Criminal Code of Georgia.

BORDER POLICE DETAINED 2 PERSONS FOR THE FACT OF ILLEGAL CROSSING OF THE BORDER

The employees of Operative – Investigative Main Division of the Border Police, detained 2 citizens of the foreign countries (C.C. Born in 1981 and M.J. Born in 1996) for the fact of illegal crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

THE EMPLOYEES OF THE BORDER POLICE COMPLETED SPECIAL PROFFESSIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM

20 employees of the Land Border Protection Department of the Border Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs completed the “Special Professional Educational Program for Basic Training of Border Guards of the Land Border Protection Department”. The course was held at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

BORDER POLICE ARRESTED ONE PERSON FOR DRUG CRIME

The employees of the Border Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, with the employees of the customs checkpoint, detained a foreign citizen (S.A. Born in 1980) on the area of the responsibility of the Border Sector "Sarpi" of Batumi Division of the Land Protection Department.

E. Born in 1995; J.A. Born in 2001; A.M. Born in 1998 and Z.R. Born in 1998).
