MIA BORDER POLICE DETAINED 4 PERSONS FOR ATTEMPT OF ILLEGAL GROUP CROSSING OF THE STATE BORDER

Border Policemen of MIA Border Police carried out operative – investigative measures, on the protected area of the Border Sector “Sadakhlo” of the Red Division of Georgian Border Police and detained 2 citizens of Georgia (Kh.Kh. Born in 1966 and A.A. Born in 1987) for the fact of the illegal group crossing of the State Border.

The crime envisages imprisonment up to 5 years.

Also, according to the verdict of the judge, the employees of operative – investigation main division of MIA Border Police and Sadaklo Police Section of Regional Division of Marneuli, carried out joint operative – investigative activities and detained 2 Persons (A.Kh. Born in 1997 and N.I. Born in 2003).

The investigation revealed that accused persons avoided check point and tried illegal group crossing of Georgian State Border.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 19 – 344, Part II, Subparagraph “A” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.

On the area of responsibility, of the Border Sector “Matsimi” of Lagodekhi Division of MIA Border Police, several persons were identified by the existed trap cameras.
