HEAD OF MIA BORDER POLICE, NIKOLOZ SHARADZE HOSTED THE PARTICIPANTS OF U.S. NATIONAL DEFENCE UNIVERSITY CAPSTONE PROGRAM AND THE REPRESENTATIVES OF U.S. EMBASSY

The Head of MIA Border Police, Nikoloz Sharadze hosted the participants of the U.S. National Defence University Capstone Program and the representatives of the U.S. Embassy.

Aim of the visit was introducing Border and Maritime Security issues of Georgia to the participants.

During the meeting, Nikoloz Sharadze and Head of the Coast Guard Department Ramaz Papidze introduced the reforms of Georgian Border Police and Black Sea Security issues to the US Air, also Land Forces Generals and Maritime Forces and Coast Guard Admirals.

At the end of the meeting the parties expressed full readiness of further deepening the cooperation.

THE TRAINING “THE STANDARDS ON COMMUNICATION AND PROTECTION OF THE RIGHTS OF THE PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES” IS BEING CONDUCTED FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF BORDER POLICE

The training “Standards on Communication and Protection of the Rights of the Persons with Disabilities” was conducted for the employees of the “Red Bridge” Division of the Land Border Protection Department of MIA Border Police. The training was organized under the framework of Action Plan 2023 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, on the Protection of the Rights of the Persons with Disabilities.
