The students and professors of Batumi Maritime Academy visited “Poti” Base of Georgian Coast Guard Department.
The aim of the visit was deepening the knowledge and improving the skills of the students.
The presentation on the activities and working principles of Coast Guard Department was introduced to the students.
The students and professors visited the “Island” class Georgian Vessel “P-23”, Patrol Boats: “P 24” and “P 105”. They became familiar with the existing navigation equipment and the working process of machinery compartments.
