MIA BORDER POLICE DETAINED 3 PERSONS FOR ILLEGAL GROUP CROSSING OF THE STATE BORDER

Border Policemen of MIA Border Police carried out the operative – investigation measures, on the protected area of the Border Sector “Chirukhi” of Batumi Division of Georgian Border Police and detained the citizens of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (A.S. Born in 1998; Sh.A. Born in 2002 and Z.P. Born in 1985) for the illegal group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

The crime envisages imprisonment from 4 year up to 5 year.

The investigation revealed, that accused persons avoided Check Points and implemented illegal group crossing of Georgian State Border from the Republic of Turkey.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 344, Part II, Subparagraph “A” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.

The Employees of MIA Border Police, as a result of operative – investigative measures, on the area of responsibility of the Border Sector “Kirnati” of Batumi Division , detained 3 citizens of foreign countries: (M.A. Born in 1985; M.A. Born in 1993 and M.A. Born in 1980) for the attempt of illegal group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.
