The employees of MIA Border Police, on the area of responsibility of the Border Sector “Sabatlo” of Dedoplistskharo Division, as a result of operative – investigative measures, detained 2 persons of the foreign countries (C.A. Born in 1986 and V.J. Born in 1997) for the fact of illegal group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.
The crime envisages the imprisonment up to 5 years.
The investigation revealed, that the accused persons, avoiding the check point, from Azerbaijan to the direction to Georgia, implemented illegal group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.
The investigation is ongoing under the article 344, Part II, Subparagraph “A”, which implies illegal group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.
