BORDER POLICE DETAINED 4 PERSONS FOR THE FACT OF ILLEGAL GROUP CROSSING OF THE STATE BORDER

The employees of MIA Border Police, on the area of the responsibility of the Border Sector “Matsimi” of Lagodekhi Division, as a result of operative – investigative measures, detained 4 persons of the foreign countries (A.M. Born in 2005; S.A. Born in 2003; M.A. Born in 2003 and M.H. Born in 2002) for the fact of illegal, group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

The crime envisages the impressment up to 5 years.

The investigation revealed, that the accused persons avoiding the check point, from the Republic of Azerbaijan to the direction to Georgia implemented illegal, group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 344, Part II, which implies illegal, group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.
