The first professional development program of the newly established Training Centre of the Border Police of Georgia, which was designed for the servicemen of the Land Border Protection Department, has concluded.
The Head of Border Police, Nikoloz Sharadze, met with the servicemen who graduated from the course, congratulating for their successful completion of the program and presenting them with their certificates of achievement. The program continued for 5 weeks and was intended for the personnel serving at the Land Border Protection Department, who are assigned as the patrol tactical leads during shifts. The course was carried out in a classroom setting, as well as through field practice.
The main purpose of the Training Centre is the qualification enhancement and retraining of the Border Police Personnel. Successful graduates of the Training Centre, will have career development opportunities in the future.
