MIA BORDER POLICE DETAINED 3 PERSONS FOR ILLEGAL GROUP CROSSING OF THE STATE BORDER

Border Policemen of MIA Border Police carried out operative – investigative measures, on the protected area of Border Sector “Vale” of Akhaltsikhe Division of Georgian Border Police and detained the citizen of the Kingdom of Jordan (A. SH. Born in 2000), the citizen of the Syrian Arab Republic (A.O. Born in 2001) and the citizen of the Republic of Turkey (A.Q. Born in 2000).

The crime envisages imprisonment from 4 year up to 5 years.

The investigation revealed, that accused persons avoided check point and tried illegal group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 19 - 344, Part II, Subparagraph “A” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
