MIA BORDER POLICE DETAINED 2 PERSONS OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES FOR ILLEGAL GROUP CROSSING OF THE STATE BORDER

Border Policemen of MIA Border Police carried out operative – investigative measures, on the protected area of Border Sector “Kartsakhi” of Akhaltsikhe Division of Georgian Border Police and detained 2 citizens of the Republic of Turkey (I.M. Born in 1977 and J.Ch. Born in 1973) for the fact of illegal group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

The crime envisages imprisonment from 4 year up to 5 years.

The investigation revealed, that accused persons avoided check point and implemented illegal group crossing of the State Border of Georgia from the Republic of Turkey.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 19 - 344, Part II, Subparagraph “A” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.

BORDER POLICE DETAINED 5 CITIZENS OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES FOR THE FACT OF ILLEGAL GROUP CROSSING OF THE BORDER

On the area of responsibility, of the Border Sector “Matsimi” of Lagodekhi Division of MIA Border Police, several persons were identified by the existed trap cameras.
