US INSTRUCTORS CONDUCTED FIELD TACTICAL EXERCISE FOR THE BORDER GUARDS OF MIA BORDER POLICE

The Officers of US Special Operation Forces conducted field tactical exercise for the Border Guards of the MIA Border Police.

In the framework of the exercise, the participants were familiarized with the details of the tactics of the intelligence, relocation of the small groups and ambush, also live fire drill, and the principles of the shooting on the long distance, shooting positions and other issues.

The exercise was conducted on the “LILO” Base of the Rapid Response Main Division and on the territory of the “Red Bridge” Division of the MIA Border Police.

Similar Exercises are conducted systematically for the employees of the MIA Border Police. The aim of these exercises is improvement and enhancement of the professional skills and raise the qualification of the Border Guards.

The Employees of MIA Border Police, as a result of operative – investigative measures, on the area of responsibility of the Border Sector “Kirnati” of Batumi Division , detained 3 citizens of foreign countries: (M.A. Born in 1985; M.A. Born in 1993 and M.A. Born in 1980) for the attempt of illegal group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.
