SPECIAL EXERCISE WAS CONDUCTED FOR BORDER GUARDS OF MIA BORDER POLICE

Special Exercise was conducted for Georgian Border Guards of Land Forces Protection Department of MIA Border Police by US Instructors. Exercise was implemented on the territory of the Red Bridge Division and “LILO Base” of MIA Border Police.

The course included theoretical, as wells as practical parts. The participants of the exercise were familiarized with the details of the fire training, principles of long distance shooting, tactics and specifics of planning and implementation of patrolling and ambush.

At the end of the training, the participants were awarded the certificates of achievements.

BORDER POLICE DETAINED 3 CITIZENS OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES FOR THE ATTEMPT OF ILLEGAL GROUP CROSSING OF THE BORDER

The Employees of MIA Border Police, as a result of operative – investigative measures, on the area of responsibility of the Border Sector “Kirnati” of Batumi Division , detained 3 citizens of foreign countries: (M.A. Born in 1985; M.A. Born in 1993 and M.A. Born in 1980) for the attempt of illegal group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.
