MIA BORDER POLICE DETAINED 3 PERSONS FOR ILLEGAL GROUP CROSSING OF THE STATE BORDER

Border Policemen of MIA Border Police carried out operative – investigation measures, on the protected area of Border Sector “Sadakhlo” of the Red Bridge Division of Georgian Border Police and detained 3 citizens of the Republic of Arab Republic of Egypt (A.A. born in 1989; A.A Born in 1981 and I.E. born in 1996) for illegal group crossing of the State Border.

The crime envisages imprisonment from 4 year up to 5 year.

The investigation revealed, that accused persons avoided Check points and implemented illegal group crossing of Georgian State Border from the Republic of Armenia.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 344, Part II, Subparagraph “A” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.

THE TRAINING “THE STANDARDS ON COMMUNICATION AND PROTECTION OF THE RIGHTS OF THE PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES” IS BEING CONDUCTED FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF BORDER POLICE

The training “Standards on Communication and Protection of the Rights of the Persons with Disabilities” was conducted for the employees of the “Red Bridge” Division of the Land Border Protection Department of MIA Border Police. The training was organized under the framework of Action Plan 2023 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, on the Protection of the Rights of the Persons with Disabilities.
