The Coast Guard Department of the Georgian Border Police revealed the fact of the violation of the Navigation rules in the Maritime Space of Georgia

 A Civil penalty has been assessed against the vessel.
Cargo Vessel “OYSTER” under the Panama flag was detained by the employees of the Georgian Coast Guard Department for the violation of rules of Navigation in the Georgian Territorial waters.
Operative-Investigation Main Division of the Border Police of Georgia started proceeding towards the Captain of the Vessel for the violation, in accordance to the Administrative Code of Georgian, article 114, part 1, “v”subparagraph.
The Captain of the vessel was charged by 20 000 Georgian lari, for the benefit of the state budget. After the payment of the fine, the vessel will be granted by the right of free Navigation.
