BORDER POLICE DETAINED 4 PPERSONS FOR SMUGGLING OF THE MIGRANTS AND ILEEGAL CROSSING OF THE STATE BORDER

The employees of MIA Border Police, Patrol Police Department and Customs Department of Revenue Service, according the joint operative and investigative actions, in the recent time, detained 4 persons of the foreign countries (E.N. Born in 1987; M.E. Born in 1966; M.Sh. Born in 1989 and K.B. Born in 1997) for illegally transfer of the migrants and for the fact of illegal crossing of the State Border.

The investigation revealed, that the citizens of foreign countries (E.N. and M.E) through a hidden compartment arranged in the trailer of cargo, avoiding the check point “Sarphi” from the Republic of Turkey illegally transferred the migrants and the citizens of foreign countries (M.S. and K.B) in Georgia.

The imprisonment envisages up to 5 years.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 344, Part I and article 3441 Part I.

BORDER POLICE DETAINED 2 PERSONS FOR THE ATTEMPT OF SMUGGLING OF MIGRANT AND FOR THE ATTEMPT OF IILEGAL CROSSING OF THE STATE BORDER

The employees of MIA Border Police and the Customs Department of Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance, according the joint operative and investigative actions detained two citizens of foreign countries (H.T. Born in 1987 and P.A. Born in 1980) for the attempt of illegally transfer of the migrant and the for the fact of the attempt of illegal crossing of the State Border.
