BORDER POLICE DETAINED 3 PERSONS OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES FOR THE FACT OF ILLEGAL CROSSING OF THE BORDER

The employees of MIA Border Police, as a result of operative – investigative measures, on the area of responsibility of the Border Sector “Sarphi” of Batumi Division detained 3 persons of foreign countries (A.E. Born in 2002; S.A. Born in 2003 and E.H. Born in 1981) for the fact of illegal group crossing of the State Border.

The crime envisages the imprisonment up to 5 years.

The investigating revealed, that accused persons, from the Republic of Türkiye, implemented illegal group crossing of State Border of Georgia – Türkiye.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 344, Part II, Subparagraph “A”.

BORDER POLICE DETAINED 4 PERSONS FOR THE FACT OF ILLEGAL CROSSING AND ATTEMT TO CROSS THE STATE BORDER

The employees of the MIA Border Police, on the area of responsibility of the Border Sectors “Sarphi” and “Kirnati” of Batumi Division, as a result of operative – investigative measures detained 4 persons of the foreign countries (O.E. Born in 1983; R.D. Born in 1993; C.A. Born in 1989 and D.T. Born in 1998) for the fact of illegal crossing of the State Border of Georgia and attempt to cross of the State Border.
