The employees of MIA Border Police, as a result of operative- investigative measures, detained 4 persons of the foreign countries (C.K. Born in 1997; B.K.Born in 1997; H.CH. Born in 1997 and P.CH. Born in 2001) for the fact of the illegal, group crossing of the State Border.
The crime envisages the imprisonment up to 5 years.
The investigation revealed, that acussed persons, from the Republic of Turkey, avoided the check point in Sarphi of Khelvachauri Municipality, hiding in the truck, implemented illegal, group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.
The investigation is ongoing under the article 344, Part II, Subparagraph "A", which implies illegal group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.
