BORDR POLICE OF GEORGIA DETAINED 2 PERSONS OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES

The Employees of MIA Border Police carried out operative – investigative measures in Batumi and detained 2 citizens of Kyrgyz Republic (M.D. Born in 1987 and M.B. Born in 1988) for illegal, group crossing of Georgian State Border.

The crime envisages imprisonment from 4 years up to 5 years.

The investigation revealed that accused persons avoiding the check point, from the Republic of Turkey hiding in the truck, implemented illegal group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 344, Part II, Subparagraph A of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which means illegal group crossing of the State Border.
