The Interagency Command and Staff Exercise “Didgori 2025” has opened at the Krtsanisi Combined Arms Center
More than 400 employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are participating in the Interagency Command and Staff Exercise. “Didgori 2025” aims to improve coordination and interaction between government agencies during the crisis situations, emergencies and wartime.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Head of the Border Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Colonel Davit Tamazashvili.
The Land Border Protection Department, Coast Guard Department, and Special Purpose Aviation Department of the Border Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are involved in the Interagency Exercise.
Up to 5,000 representatives of state agencies are participating in “Didgori 2025”, the headquarters are spread on 25 locations across Georgia. The exercise includes 29 field components.
“Didgori 2025” is a National - strategic, operational and tactical level Command and Staff Exercise, supported by the computer systems. By the decree of the Prime Minister of Georgia, the Defence Forces are leading the planning and execution process of the Exercise.
