BORDER POLICE DETAINED 4 PERSONS FOR THE FACT OF ILLEGAL CROSSING OF THE STATE BORDER

The employees of MIA Border Police, on the area of the responsibility of the Border Sectors: “Sadakhlo” and “Vakhtangisi” of the Red Bridge Division, as a result of operative – investigative measures detained 4 persons of the foreign countries (A.N. Born in 1979; M.N. Born in 1993; M.E. Born in 1989 and M.I. Born in 2006) for the fact of illegal crossing of the State Border.

The crime envisages the imprisonment up to 5 years.

The investigation revealed, that accused persons (A.N. and M.E.) avoiding the check point, from the Republic of Armenia to the direction to Georgia implemented illegal crossing of the State Border. Also, the accused persons (M.N. and M.I.) avoiding the check point, from the Republic of Azerbaijan implemented illegal crossing of the State Border and entered Georgia.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 344, Part I, which implies illegal crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

he employees of MIA Border Police, on the area of the responsibility of the Border Sector “Charali” of Akhaltiskhe Division, as a result of operative – investigative measures, detained 2 persons of the foreign countries (M.A. Born in 1990 and N.U. Born in 1985) for the fact of the attempt of illegal crossing and illegal crossing of the State Border.
