David Tamazashvili has been appointed as the Head of the Border Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.

The Minister of Internal Affairs, Geka Geladze, introduced the new head to the employees of the Border Police, congratulated him on the appointment, and wished him success in his future work.

At the meeting, the Minister, together with the new head, discussed the priority areas of the Border Police and issued specific tasks.

Geka Geladze also thanked the former head of the Border Police, Nikoloz Sharadze, for his service.
