The employees of the Coast Guard Department of MIA Border Police detained the vessel “NAV DUGRA” under the flag of India, for the violation of the rules of navigation in the Georgian Territorial Waters.
The employees of Operative – Investigation Main Division started proceeding against the Captain of the vessel, citizen of India, for the fact of the violation of the rules of the navigation, in accordance to the Administrative Code of Georgia, article 114 1 , Part I1, Subparagraph “T”.
The Captain of the vessel was charged by 50 000 Lari. After the payment, of the fine, the vessel will be granted the right of free Navigation.
