The Employees of MIA Border Police, as a result of operative – investigative measures, on the area of responsibility, of the Border Sector “Kirnati”, detained 3 citizens of the foreign countries (B.K. Born in 1989; B.B. Born in 1996 and B.A. Born in 1994) for the fact of the attempt of illegal group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.
The crime envisages imprisonment up to 5 years.
The investigation revealed, that accused persons avoiding the check point, from Georgia to the direction to the Republic of Turkey, tried to implement illegal group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.
The investigation is ongoing under the article 19 - 344, Part II, subparagraph “A” of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which implies the attempt of illegal group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.
