MIA BORDER POLICE DETAINED 3 PERSONS OF FOREIGN COINTRIES FOR ILLEGAL GROUP CROSSING

The Employees of MIA Border Police, carried out operative – investigative measures, on the protected area of the Border Sector “Sarphi” and detained 3 persons of the foreign countries (B.Q. Born in 2001; E.I. Born in 2003 and R.I. Born in 2000) for the illegal group crossing of the State Border.
The crime envisages imprisonment from 4 years up 5 years.

The investigation revealed, that accused persons, avoided check point and illegally implemented group crossing of the Georgian State Border from the Republic of Turkey.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 344, Part II, Subparagraph “A” which means illegal group crossing of the State Border.
