Special training was conducted for 20 Border Guards of Rapid Response Main Division of MIA Border Police, at ,,Lilo” Base of Georgian Border Police.
The training was planned and organized with Export Control and Border Security Program (EXBS) Financial support and conducted by the US Instructors.
The theoretical part of the training included: the Mission Planning, Officer Survival Skills, Tactical Combat Casualty Care, Operational Preparedness and Readiness, Patrolling and Rapid Response Team movements and Land Navigation. Practical part of the training implied applying the theoretical knowledge during the field operations.
MoIA Border Police of Georgia systematically plans and organizes similar types of trainings in order to enhance border guards’ qualifications.
