MOIA BORDER POLICE DETAINED 9 FOREIGN CITIZENS FOR ILLEGAL CROSSING OF THE STATE BORDER

Georgian Border Policemen carried out operative – investigation measures, on the protected area of the Border Sector ,,Vale” and detained 8 citizens of Bangladesh and 1 citizen of the Republic of Turkey, on the fact of illegal group crossing of the State Border.
The crime envisages imprisonment from 4 to 5 years.
The investigation is ongoing into the above –mentioned fact according to the Criminal Code of Georgia, Article 344 , Part II, Subparagraph A.
