The MIA Border Police of Georgia starts the candidate selection process for the United States Coast Guard Academy

The USCGA has offered the MIA Border Police of Georgia to select candidates for its 4 year-intensive bachelor program for 2019-2023.
The US Government and the MIA Border Police will bear all the expenses, including tuition fee.
The graduates are obligated by the contract to serve in the Coast Guard Department of the MIA Border Police of Georgia for, at least, six years upon graduation.
The Academy offers eight major fields of study, which include Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering; Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, Operations Research and Computer Analysis, Marine and Environmental Sciences, Government, Management. Additional directions include: navigation, law enforcement, and summer program - practical vessel and aviation exercises.
A candidate to gain entrance to the Academy is required to pass the US admission process and should become one of the best 40 candidates.
