The employees of the Operative - investigative Department of MIA Border Police detained 2 citizens of the foreighn countries for the illegal crossing of the State Border of Georgia and for the fact of the smuggling of the migrant on the Border.
As a result of the operative measures and investigative actions, carried out by the Border Police Officers, it was determined, that avoiding the check point "Sarphi", one of the detainess, driver of the truck, hided the migrant in the truck and entered Georgia. During this process, the employees of the Border Police, detained 2 persons.
The investigation is ongoing under the Article 344 and 3441, which implies 5 years of the imprisonment.
