BORDER POLICE OF GEORGIA DETAINED 2 PERSONS FOR ILLEGAL CROSSING OF THE BORDER

The employees of the Operative - investigative Department of MIA Border Police, detained 2 persons for illegal crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

As a result of operational measures and investigative actions carried out by the Border Police Officers, it was determined that the detainees illegally crossed the State Border of Georgia – Türkiye.

The investigation is ongoing, under the article 344, Part I, which implies 5 years of the imprisonment.
