BORDER POLICE DETAINED 2 PERSONS FOR ILLEGAL CROSSING OF THE BORDER

The employees of the Operative – investigative Department of MIA Border Police, on the area of the responsibility of the Border Sector “Vale” of Akhaltsikhe Division detained 2 persons (U.C. Born in 1994 and B.P. Born in 1993) for illegal crossing of the State Border.

The investigation revealed, that the accused persons, at different times, avoiding the check point, implemented illegal crossing of the State Border of Georgia – Türkiye and entered Georgia.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 344, Part I, which implies 5 years of the imprisonment.
