BORDER POLICE DETAINED 3 PERSONS FOR THE FACT OF ILLEGAL CROSSING OF THE STATE BORDER

The employees of MIA Border Police, on the area of the responsibility of Border Sector “Sarphi” of Batumi Division, detained 2 citizens of the foreign countries and one citizen of Georgia (B.B. Born in 2001; I.G. Born in 1978 and I.J. Born in 1997) for the fact of illegal crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

The investigation revealed, that accused person, avoiding the check point, from the Republic of Türkiye to the direction to Georgia, implemented illegal crossing of the State Border.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 344, Part I, which implies 5 years of the imprisonment.
