The employees of Operative – investigative Department of MIA Border Police, as a result of operative – investigative measures, detained 3 persons (Ch.Ch Born in 1992, KH. O. Born in 1992; A.H. Born in 2006) for illegal crossing of the State Border of Georgia.
The investigation revealed, that at the different times, the accused persons (Ch.Ch and A.H.) avoiding the check point, implemented illegal crossing of the State Border of Georgia - Armenia. The accused person (Kh. O) implemented illegal crossing of Georgia – Türkiye State Border and entered Georgia.
The extradition procedures provided by law are being carried out regarding the accused persons (A.H. and KH.O.). For the accuse person (Ch.Ch.) the investigation is ongoing under the article 344, Part I, which implies 5 years of the imprisonment.
