The employees of MIA Border Police, as a result of operative – investigative measures, on the area of the responsibility of the Border Sector “Sarphi” of Batumi Division detained 4 citizens of the foreign countries (A.R. Born in 1991; M.N. Born in 1984; A.M. Born in 2004 and T.M. Born in 2003) for the fact of the attempt of illegal, group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.
The investigation revealed, that the accused persons, avoiding the check point, from Georgia to direction to the Republic of Türkiye, tried illegal group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.
The investigation is ongoing under the Article 19 – 344, Part II, Subparagraph “A”, which implies 5 years of the imprisonment.
