The employees of the Operative – investigative Department of MIA Border Police, on the area of the responsibility of the border sector “Vale” of Akhaltsikhe, Division detained 2 citizens of the foreign country (S.U. Born in 1998 and A.Q. Born in 1987) for the illegal crossing of the State Border of Georgia.
The investigation revealed, that the accused persons, avoiding the check point, from the Republic of Türkiye implemented illegal, group crossing of the State Border of Georgia and entered Georgia.
The accused person (A.Q) was subjected to immigration procedures and was deported from the country, while an investigation is underway against the accused person (S.U.) according 344 Article, Part II, which implies the imprisonment up to 5 years.
