BORDER POLICE DETAINED 3 PERSONS FOR THE FACT OF ILLEGAL CROSSING OF THE STATE BORDER

The employees of the Operative – investigative Department of MIA Border Police, as a result of operative – investigative measures in Adjara Region, detained 3 citizens of the foreign countries (H.G. Born in 1981; B.Q. Born in 1998 and B.S. Born in 1995) for illegal crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

The investigation revealed, that the accused persons, hiding in the truck, avoiding the check point “Sarphi” from the Republic of Türkiye to the direction to Georgia implemented illegal crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 344, Part I, which implies 5 years of imprisonment.
