BORDER POLICE DETAINED 3 PERSONS FOR THE ATTEMPT OF ILLEGAL CROSSING OF THE STATE BORDER

The employees of MIA Border Police, on the area of the responsibility of the Border Sectors: “Sarphi” and “Kirnati” of Batumi Division, detained three citizens of the foreign countries (J.I. Born 1995; T.T Born in 1985 and B.I. Born in 2003) for the fact of the attempt of illegal crossing of the State Border.
The investigation revealed, that the accused persons, avoiding the check point, from Georgia to the direction to the Republic of Türkiye, tried illegal crossing of the State Border of Georgia.
The investigation is ongoing under the article 19 – 344, Part I, which implies 5 years of the imprisonment.
