BORDER POLICE DETAINED 2 PERSONS FOR THE FACT OF ILLEGAL CROUP CROSSING OF THE STATE BORDER

The employees of MIA Border Police, on the area of the responsibility of the Border Sector “Vale” of Akhaltsikhe Division detained 2 citizens of Georgia (I.G. Born in 1993 and R.D. Born in 2003) for the fact of illegal, group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

The investigation revealed, that the accused persons avoiding the check point, from the Republic of Türkiye to the direction to Georgia, implemented illegal, group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 344, Part II, Criminal Code of Georgia, which implies 5 years of imprisonment.
