COAST GUARD OF THE BORDER POLICE REVEALEAD THE FACT OF THE VIOLATION OF THE RULES OF NAVIGATION

The employees of the Coast Guard Department of MIA Border Police, detained the dry cargo ship “ANNA ROSE” under the flag of Saint Kitts and Nevis for violation of the navigation rules in Georgian Territorial Waters.

Against the Captain of the vessel, who is the citizen of Syria, the employees of Operative – Investigation Main Division, started proceeding for the fact of the violation of the rules of the navigation, in accordance 114, 11 article, I1Part, Subparagraph “E’.

The Captain of the vessel was charged by 15 000 Lari. After the payment, of the fine, the vessel will be granted the right of free navigation.
