BORDER POLICE DETAINED 2 PERSONS FOR THE FACT OF THE ATTEMPT OF ILLEGAL GROUP CROSSING OF THE STATE BORDER

The employees of MIA Border Police, on the area of the responsibility of the Border Sector “Kirnati” of Batumi Division detained 2 citizens of the foreign countries (E.D. Born in 1998 and K. J. Born in 1994) for the fact of the attempt of illegal, group crossing of the State Border.

The investigation revealed, that the accused persons, avoiding the check point, From Georgia to direction to the Republic of Türkiye, tried to implement illegal, group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 19 – 344, Part II, Subparagraph “A”, which implies 5 years of imprisonment.

The employees of MIA Border Police, on the area of the responsibility of the Border Sectors: “Vale” and “Kartsakhi” of Akaltsikhe Division detained 2 persons (J.D. Born in 1974 and I.E. Born in 1994) for the fact of illegal crossing of the State Border of Georgia.
