BORDER POLICE DETAINED 2 PERSONS FOR THE FACT OF ILLEGAL CROSSING OF THE BORDER

The employees of Operative – Investigative Main Division of the Border Police, detained 2 citizens of the foreign countries (C.C. Born in 1981 and M.J. Born in 1996) for the fact of illegal crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

The investigation revealed, that the accused persons, avoiding the check point, from the Republic of Azerbaijan to the direction to Georgia implemented illegal crossing of the State Border and entered Georgia.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 344, Part I, which implies 5 years of imprisonment.
