The employees of the Border Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with the employees of the State Security Service, as a result of joint operative – investigative actions, on the area of the responsibility of the Border Sector “Sadakhlo” of the Division of “Tsiteli Khidi” detained the citizen of foreign country (A.G. Born in 1992) according the article 344, Part I of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
The investigation revealed, that A.G. avoiding the check point, from the Republic of Armenia to the direction to Georgia implemented illegal crossing of the State Border and entered Georgia.
By court ruling, immigration procedures have been initiated against the convict with the aim of expelling him from the country.
