BORDER POLICE DETAINED 4 PERSONS FOR FACT OF ILLEGAL GROUP CROSSING OF THE BORDER POLICE

The employees of Border Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, on the area of the responsibility of the Border Sector “Sadakhlo” of the Division “Tsiteli Khidi”, for the fact of illegal, group crossing of the State Border, detained 4 foreign citizens (M. E. Born in 1995; J.A. Born in 2001; A.M. Born in 1998 and Z.R. Born in 1998).

The investigation revealed, that the accused persons avoiding the check point, from the Republic of Armenia to the direction to Georgia implemented illegal, group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 344, Part II, Subparagraph “A”, which implies 5 years of imprisonment.

The employees of Operative – investigative Department of MIA Border Police detained 1 person for the fact of illegal crossing of the State Border and for illegal purchase/possession of large quantities of narcotic drugs.
