BORDER POLICE DETAINED 2 PERSONS FOR THE FACT OF ILLEGAL GROUP CROSSIING OF THE STATE BORDER

The employees of MIA Border Police, on the area of the responsibility of the Border Sector “Charali” of Akhaltsikhe Division for the fact of illegal group crossing of the State Border of Georgia, detained 2 persons (S.KH. Born in 1999 and E.M. Born in 1987).

The investigation revealed, that the accused persons, avoiding the check point, from the Republic of Türkiye to the direction to Georgia implemented illegal group crossing of the State Border.

The crime envisages the imprisonment up to 5 years.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 344, Part II, which implies illegal group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.
