BORDER POLICE DETAINED 2 PERSONS FOR THE FACT OF ILLEGAL GROUP CROSSING OF THE STATE BORDER

The employees of MIA Border Police, on the area of the responsibility of the Border Sector ‘Vale” of Akhaltsikhe Division, for the fact of illegal, group, crossing of the State Border of Georgia, detained 2 citizens of Georgia (G.TS. Born in 1979 and wanted for fraud A.B. Born in 1979).

The crime envisages the imprisonment up to 5 years.

The investigation revealed, that the accused persons, avoiding the check point, from the Republic of Türkiye to the direction to Georgia, implemented illegal, group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 344, Part II, which implies illegal group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.
