BORDER POLICE DETAINED 3 PERSONS FOR THE FACT OF ILLEGAL GROUP CROSSING OF THE STATE BORDER

The employees of MIA Border Police, on the area of the responsibility of the Border Sector “Sarphi” of Batumi Division, as a result of operative – investigative measures, for the fact of illegal, group, crossing of the State Border of Georgia, detained 3 citizens of Georgia (L. Sh. Born in 2007; T. ZH. Born in 1993); also wanted for the commission of a serious crime – attempted premeditated murder (M.SH. Born in 1982).

The crime envisages imprisonment up to 5 years.

The investigation revealed, that the accused persons, avoiding the check point, from the Republic of Türkiye to the direction to Georgia, implemented illegal, group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 344, Part II, which implies illegal group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

The employees of MIA Border Police on the area of the responsibility of the Border Sector “Kartsakhi” of Akhaltiskhe Division detained 2 citizens of foreign country (A.K. Born in 1996 and D.A. Born in 1983) in accordance with the article 19 – 344, Part II.
